Only personal data that is stored in the Ref-n-Write Office and SharePoint Add-ins is the email address and the license code entered by the customer to activate the Add-in. This is retained in the local storage to avoid having to enter this data every time when the Add-In loads. No other personal data is collected or stored while the Add-In is in use.
